The problem is the pressure switch has failed or the hose is plugged up, has a hole in it. These are usually inexpensive and are very easy to replace. Here is a video this will walk you thru testing and replacing a pressure switch. You can also enter your model # for diagrams and illustrations of your specific model. All parts come with installation instructions. Not all models are available.
Either your timing motor has broken or the gears that it drives are stripped. The timing motor is easy to replace but if the gears are stripped you will need a whole new dial assembly.

if it fills and agitates but stops at the drain/spin portion, it sounds like you have a problem with the lid switch. if it thinks the lid is opne, it will not drain or spin.
