Mp3 player was deleted

My motorola L7c just froze one day and when it unfroze the mp3 player was gone, along with some other things. I have looked everywhere on my phone and cannot find the mp3 player. Is there a way to reinstall it onto my phone?

There is no true way to fix the mp3 after it has been corrupted because the correlator in it has burned out. This means either get a new phone or just deal with that phone with out the mp3.

Same thing happened to me when I deleted a song. How long has it been? I left alone. And I let the battery die. The next day it went to normal. What kind of mp3 is it? I have Phillips Go gear.

Sounds like your backlight is bad and you need to have the screen replaced

My mp3 is frozen on the screen when you first plug in your mp3 to a computer. If I reset it, will all my songs be deleted?

the reset will not affect your files ...only when you format it it affects your file ...If you need to format the memory do not try to do it from computer cause you might end up deleting the firmware ...look into the menu or in the manual cause there is a procedure for fast formatting from the device itself..
So ..if you only want to unfroze it ..you can reset without care ..cause the procedure is actually a soft reset ..which will practically reboot it and load the factory settings ..
