this again sounds like the power supply,.if you hear a click when you push the power button, this means your main board is reading good so replace the power supply,.
I found that by simultaneously holding down the remote control "power" button and "volume" button for about 30 seconds the blinking light would go out and a solid green light would come on. Even though the solid green light came on the unit would still not power up. After doing this several times however the unit did finally power up in a normal mode and appears to be working again
1 - Turn on TV and set input to port being used. 2 - Make sure PS3 is connected via correct cable. 3 - Power on PS3 via power button and HOLD IT for 5 seconds (release after the second beep). It should automatically configure your PS3 to the TV's native resolution for all settings.
You have to reset the display setting and this is how you do it. make sure ther is no disc in the system, turn off ps3 in the back (main power switch), turn that switch back on and you should have a red power light, hold the power button, you will hear a beep right away and the a 2nd beep a few seconds later and then let go of the button. The light should be green, if it still does not work try the steps 1-2 more times. If this does not work, you will need to cal 1-800-345-7669 to get your ps3 serviced

I think this is right. I got it from the JVC call centers guys so sorry if I missed or messed up a step.
First, unplug power cable from the back of your TV. You will notice the flashing light is still flashing. Don't worry, go to the Second step.
Second, keep pressing on the POWER button, located on the panel at the top of your TV, to shut off your TV. This will stop the flashing light from appearing.
Third, Plug the power cable back onto your TV
Fourth, press the POWER botton ONCE, using the same button used in the Second step to turn your TV back on.
Fifth, you will see the POWER light comes on, as normal.
Sixth, using your remote control, press the green button to turn on. Your TV should work as normal.
