WD-52525 too much green and picture is not clear...what can i do to fix it

My brother sold me his WD-52525 to me several weeks ago. I think I messed up something in the TV. You see I had to pick the tv up in New Mexico and bring it to California. At any rate, here's my problem: The picture seems way blurry and not clear at all. I am also seeing a lot of green in the yellow or gold colors while the TV is on. No matter what I do to try and tune the color in the green never goes away and the blurriness never goes away. I am thinking it may be the comcast box; since, it is not the HD box. The picture itself is a bit crooked. Can someone help me with the green and blur problem?

Mitsubishi WD-52525 with blinking green light problem

The #3 post worked for me. I first just did the capacitors and it did not work at first, but I got it reset. It worked for 2 months and lost power the other day in a storm and the blinking light came again and would not reset. I put in the switch and followed his directions and it work perfectly. Sweeet. The switch was easy. The capacitors were not hard, but very detail oriented. I work on copiers for a living, so I am used to taking things apart and back together. You must be able to solder and reassemble pretty well, or I would hire someone to do it.

Our Mitsubishi WD 52525 goes to blue screen and shuts off.

It sounds like you TV is overheating and the video is suffering and the lamp is overheating as well. Also, if your TV is over 2-3 years old, the mirrors (behind and below the big front screen) desperately need to be cleaned. Clean all filters and fans as well. (Look on side and behind the unit). Is the TV in a "hot" environment and/or dirty environment? DLP TV's are NOT sealed units. They need to be cleaned every few years to work well to have a good, clear, bright picture.

Unable to receive input device signal

Can you post a picture of the screen so I can properly diagnose it. It sounds like the caps on the FMT PWB but a picture would help me be certain.

Light green and pink spots on my hd tv!!!

Tiny particles of dust on the light engine lens can cause this (and was a service call for me about a month ago), or possibly the expensive light engine.
