Somehow the atv component was knocked off the (olivea tv remote) so now compnents do not match up with directv genie/ remote on bedroom tv.. all we get is a blue screen,, can anyone help plz?? we only used the (olivea tv remote) to just turn tv on/off-- then hit power button on direct tv remote to power on direct tv and use it for all other functions to watch direct tv... now just a blue screen????
Do you mean that the source button on the TV itself does not switch to the input of the TV that you are connected to?
the input on the olivea tv wasnt matching up with the directv input,, just got off the phone with directv tech, more experienced tech,,, was able to fix problem--storm knocked the settings off from the main tv, causing the extra bedroom tv not to get the signal.. fixed now.. thank you so much for offering to help, greatly appreciated. thanks again..

its hard to find a remote that will work an olevia , since this brand is new and alot of manf. that make universal remotes have not updated there system..
This company called Amergence Technology sells the Olevia Remote and will control any olevia television.
