I have a Westinghouse LD-4655VX and when I turn the TV on after about a minute or two the screen start flashing/blinking a white screen every two seconds, it doesn't matter if it's hooked up to cable, vga, etc. or nothing at all it just keep flashing. I have reset the TV as told by the Westinghouse rep but still the same problem. Does anyone have any idea what it could be?

It's likely a loose solder connection that acts up after a short warm up period or defective capacitors on one of the circuit boards.

Would it be best to replace the circuit board? I really don't want to put too much money into it, I would rather take that money and invest in another TV.

The standby power supply is working but the rest of the set is inshutdown mode, it can be due to bad power supply (bad caps, etc.), backlights inverter board, main board. You will have to do in-depth troubleshooting and please read my guide to understand how thw LCD TV works.
It will need parts for sure.

Buttons will be underneath on the side/side back or they will be soft touch buttons on the front.

If the set is still under warranty, the power supply board is going bad. If not you can replace it yourself. It's not that big of a job. You can find the parts you need at www.shopjimmy.com

Westinghouse LD-4655VX does not have any power, no lights, just a faint clicking noise from the main board. The external power supply seems to be working with a 19v output. Please help
