The router has the capability to automatically check for a newer version of firmware and alert you when it's available. Follow the steps below if you would like to enable this feature.
Note: We recommend you use a computer that has a wired connection to the router.
Setup Steps:

Open your web browser.
In the address bar, type http://192.168.2.1 and hit Enter.
Click Login. The router does not ship with a password, so just click Submit.

Click System Settings.

Select Enable and click Apply Changes.

Cant upgrade software

you can download to pc or directly to cell (as long as you have an unlimited data plan)...download firmware to pc is just as quick...you connect the cell via usb cable to pc.....(make sure your cell phone connection is switched to data) find the cell on pc (my computer) open it you should see data folder...open and extract the firmware and place it there ...disconnect power down cell / up again to see if firmware was taken

You can't download games unless you have custom firmware and some custom firmware have viruses so i dont recomend you trying to download that it might also put viruses on your computer.

You have to upgrade the firmware to the latest version. Your firmware doesn't support deleting anything. Heres the site and it will tell ypu how to upgrade if you download the upgrade manual. You don't need new firmware or a new driver. You need to download the Sansa Media Converter from Sandisk's website.

FIRMWARE

You will not be able to open the file as it is. You have to install the firmware from within the router configuration page. Access the router like 'http://192.168.x.x' and then find where it says firmware upgrade, locate the downloaded file from your PC and then upload it.
