If you have Operating Systems, WinXP with Service Pack 2, Vista or Win 7, installed on your PC you don't need any USB drivers 'cos USB drivers are provide by Microsoft.

For drivers always go on the manufacturer website with your board model.

Mercury has a PDF that lists all the CPUs that are compatible with the P1945GZD. It's available by clicking on the link at the bottom of the archive page:HERE

I know you're not looking for CPUs, but the fact that Mercury still lists the P1945GZD at all would indicate it's still in use. If it's still in use, they should provide support for it which would include the necessary drivers to work with all those different CPUs.

Therefore, before going to a 3rd party site to pay money for something that may (or may not) work with your mainboard, I'd contact Mercury tech support and light a fire under someone to find out how to obtain the driver. HERE

Yes, go to the manufacturers website and type in Drivers in their search box. Then they should ask you for your make and model and show you where to download the drivers.
