When the Android starts to flash, release the buttons,
could be corrupted data or bad app,going to settings and reset to factory default that should fix corrupted data, if it still persists check for firmware updates in the settings, then check for app updates. if it still exists after that return back to factory for warranty repair

Hopefully you've backed this thing up somewhere recently.
Pretty much your only realistic option is to do a hard reset or "restore" on the device. You're going to have to wipe the device and start from scratch. That's part of what makes the password so important, so that if you lose it, someone else can't just pick up your device and break into it using some back-door method.
Go to www.zeepad.net click on the picture of your device. Download the device driver, loading program, instructions and the firmware for your zeepad. Reinstall the firmware this will update and bring your unit to Like new
You can use your google account to recover your login and to replace your password. It should say "Forgot password" somewhere on the lock screen. Press it and follow the instructions.
