You have to check the color wheel of your projector. Every dlp projector have color wheels to provide color. if the rotation of the color wheel is not in corrct RPM this will happen. Also you have to check the color wheel RPM counter sensor. There will be a sensor near the color wheel To count the rotation of the color wheel. First of all you have to remove these two items carefully and clean it well.Then refix it and check. Added the picture of color wheel for your refference.

I would contact BenQ's web site and find the dealer list. From there you should be able to source a spare part but they may not be available as they don't break in normal service and are not a stock item requirement.

The best I could do is a used one on ebay it closes in 1 day and 3 hours..1 bid at 299.00 you would have spare parts bulb etc this way. Best wishes Kevin
