How do I get my internet back on desk top computer will not accepet new password on phone

we do no not know what PC you have at all make and model.
but a Desktop most times 99% came with no wifi? (real disktops not AIO, are a different beast) AIO = all in one .
so what is connected?, wifi or Ethernet, are you at home or at STARBUCKS? (or the like)
where are you first (standing)
and are wifi are you near your wifi router or modem.
why is phone mentioned, I guess you meant.
1: wifi is dead at home,
2: the decktop wifi added after new PC is dead. on wifi
3: the cell phone is dead on wifi but 3G works.

so you router needs to be reset or you forgot your credentials to it.

Connect iphone 5 to wifi

To connect your Iphone to home wifi you should go into the 'Settings' app then there should be a option where you can click on 'Wi-Fi'. If the wifi is on you should see green next to wifi. Under 'Choose a network' select your home wifi. If it is password protected it will ask you to put in your password, if not it should automatically connect.

Can't get internet on galaxy five without wifi

When you're at home, you're connected to your own wifi for which you have entered the password into your phone at some point. If you're away from home, you would need to be either connected to an open wifi network (not password protected) or have the password to any wifi hotspots your phone sees. Go into your wifi settings and see what networks are available. You will see a signal strength indicator next to each wifi network name, and also an icon that indicates whether the network is secured or not. If you tap on any of the networks, the open ones should allow you to connect, and the secured ones will ask you for the password. Your phone can't automatically connect to any secured networks unless it has the password. For any networks that don't require a password, you may still need to tap that network in your wifi list so your phone knows you want to connect to it, and your phone will then connect to it automatically whenever you're nearby, unless you're already connected to a stronger wifi network.

The connect button is not available when I enter my password for my wifi at home

You can connect to wifi by asking your tablet to connect, then pressing connect on the router.
But there is another way, on your table go to wifi and find the entry for your wifi, select it to connect to it and it will ask for password or key. Enter your wifi password.

I want to connect to my home wifi but do not know the password to connect

the wifi password is usually on the bottom of the router, often the serial number. If not and your router was supplied by your internet provider then you will need to contact them for the password.

I forgot my password and now I cannot connect with

if you need to recover a used wifi key, its not possible from within windows as they are all encrypted when added, you need to search for a wifi key recovery software, there are some that recover and back up keys used on the machine, so i would start there :)
