Blue is made from magenta (pink) and cyan ( sky blue), if your blues are coming out pink then they are missing the cyan component.
In your machine this could be caused by a blockage in the printhead, the cyan cartridge being empty, an electronics fault, a boma pump fault (the squishy black thing on the base of the cartridge). Check your cartridge first - if it feels lighter than the other it is probably empty. Sometimes there is a fault where the entire contents of a cartridge (usually the cyan) can be emptied in a matter of days or less. If the cartridge is unusually empty compared to the other colours - refer it to HP.
Everything you say refers to Cyan (Blue). This is not uncommon with HP printers. I would try another Cyan toner but shake the cartridge first before removed any seal or pakaging.
Check the black cover on the pick up assembly under the cyan cartridge. If it is only a fraction too high cyan will not print. Make sure it is clipped in place correctly.
This type of problem is caused by a bad transfer belt assembly. You can get a replacement from Office Depot, Staples or many places on the internet. The part number for the assembly is RM1-2759.
