Actually, if you hit zero AFTER the letter, it will toggle the letter from caps to small or from small to caps.
So, to type "Far":
if you are in lower case to begin with, you would hit:
3330 - shows defF
10 - shows Aa
777 - shows pqr
if you are in upper case to begin with, you would hit:
333 - shows DEF
10 - shows Aa
777 - shows pqr

Hope this helps !

How do you capitalize a letter?

That varies enormously from phone to phone. On a Samsung Galaxy you call up the keyboard by tapping on a text field, then tap the up arrow to get upper case. By default this lasts for one letter only.

In a text message the first letter of a sentence is capitalized by default.

Is it possible to program the scanner to input all letters as capital letters?

The OCR of the scanner is designed to recognize what is on a page not retype it.
Scan the document to OCR, save it as ASCII characters (. txt on Windows systems). Use a basic text editor that allows you to select a text and convert it from lower case to Upper Case letters. I have not come across one yet.

The lower caSe S on my keyboard doeS not work. I have inStalled a new keyboard but Still have the Same problem

Check in your control panel and make all changes back to default :S or do in this way which I had similar problem except would not type capital letter "A" when you hit shift+A. My kids were playing with my laptop and had been playing with Speech function. System Preferences>System>Speech> Text to Speech; de-selected "Speak selected text when the key is pressed". Works fine now.

Why my email cannot open. Invalid ID or password.

Make sure that your using a "Shift" key/selection before capital letters in your login name or password; if there are any capital letters.
If both login name, and password only contain lower case text, make sure "Shift" isn't being used and that their isn't a "CAPS LOCK" engaged.

Trying to create and email account, why can't I access? My name is Claire Dionne and although I have filled all the required areas, I can't seem to be able to get through

during registration you are shown a small security text to enter. The trick is that do not type the text as they are shown. What i mean is that type those security text all in small letter.......no capital letter even if it shown in capital letters. for example
AsmPds24A = asmpds24a
good luck with your registration.

I have a motorola tracfone w175g and wondering how to capitalize letters? do you have a detailed manual on the buttons?

Press "0" key.
A plus or minus sign will display in the text space.
The (upper case) "AB" or (lower case) "ab" on the top left-hand side of display will change to case you are seeking.

Capital letters

You can either turn on CAPS Lock or hold the shift key while typing. Have you already tried this?
