Automatic redialling isd call from my phone nokia n70

Try unplugging power, and see if this simple reset can help.

just go in settings option...then in call settings and remove automatic redial..

It's been a long time since I have used Panasonic analog phones, but the redial function in them used to be mechanical. It dialed 15 times with a 45 second pause between attempts. The key was, it expected you to pick up the handset, cancelling the redial if you got an answer.
If you got an answer and didn't do anything, it hung up and redialed again until you picked up the handset!

Could that be what your system is doing?

Go to setting>Phone>Call>Automatic redial set it to off. Hope this will solve your problem

someone has hacked your phone or your sim and is making full use of your phone. Whether file a report in police station or change the o thats the only thing you can do. after filing the report the person who is using your phone will be behind the bars.
