How do i clean find and clean rollers and fuser?
First thing I would do would be to make sure you are using HP genuine toner. Generic or 3rd party toner cartridges tend to fail about 50 percent of the time. If that doesnt solve it, the next step would be to make sure your firmware is up to date. Print out a config sheet and it will tell you the firmware version, which goes by dates. The older the date, the more likely that it has new updates since then. To update the firmware, go to the HP website and go to the support tab to find the version for your specific printer. Hope this helps.

A horizontal line U say and U don't have problems in B&W pages.... ( on the length or width af a A4 page?) the yellow line is just a line or parallel lines at the same distance?.
1-st of all try replacing the Y cartidge.

I can see a couple of possibilities here. One: The cleaning blade for the drum could be damaged and not all of the toner is being cleaned off of the drum between pages. Two: The drum could be damaged and the damaged parts of the drum are not accepting the changes generated by the laser. I don't think you have a fuser problem because if it were that, the toner would probably smear when you touch it. Typically, I would say it is the toner cartridge but you replaced it and still got the same problem. I would inspect the drum cleaning blade first. That would be the most cost effective first option. Hope this helps. Good luck.

you probably needt o change the transfer belt which is the "black roller film". you can try wipping it off with a dry lint free cloth.

Hello,
This issue can be due to fuser. I am sure you have changed the toner cartridge.
To confirm its a fuser issue, please perform the following:
1. Try printing a configuration page from tray 1, pull the top cover, as soon as the media is 60-70% inside the printer.
This would stop the paper before reaching the fusing assy.
2. Remove the paper and check if the line exist.
If exists, fuser is not faulty.
If it does not, then transfer roller, laser/scanner assy is faulty
- If fuser is faulty, perform the cleaning page as following
1. go to configure device > print quality > create/process cleaning page
perform cleaning page 5-6 times, however, if the line is due to fuser, then fuser needs to be changed.
Let me know the next update.

Hi there,
I believe there are 3 possible causes for this issue; toner drum, fuser or transfer roller - more than likely I would dismantle the printer and check for lines on the fuser. But just in case remove the toner and carefully release the flap to reveal the toner drum - if that is scored and the lines correspond to those on the print-out thats the cause.
