its not a software that u download direct 3d card is a hardware piece that must be installed inside ur machine...

Follow it

just install the required driver for ur video card
by going to official site of ur machine and click on support and download driver for video card.

Either you do not have a graphics card with 3d capability or you don't have the driver installed. To find out goto start > Settings > Control panel > System > Hardware tab > Device manager > Click plus on display adapters. Either google the driver listed there or post it here as a comment and you can find out if it has 3d capability. If you don't have a 3d able card many motherboards allow the addition of a 3d graphics card as an upgrade.

After viewing the client screen DirectX was disabled.

If it happens again check this setting in the registry:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Graphics\DCI

Make sure Timeout is set to 7.

If the value is set to 0, it will disable DirectX.

If it is 0, change it to 7, then restart the PC, should fix the problem.

Also ensure hardware acceleration is set to full and try and get the latest graphics card drivers for your computer.

May be need to reinstall your graphics drivers, or update DirectX.
