Dell XPS 700 Black Screen, No Bios, Post error 1 2 3.
The story started when I got connected via RDP from my Laptop to my Desktop Dell XPS 700, I needed to reboot the Dektop in order to have some changes made (nothing outstanding and not related with dirvers), since I was connected via RDP I used command shutdown /r, after waiting some minutes I noticed I was not able to reach my desktop and since I was not physically near to the PC I just waited for next day to see what happened. Ok, when I checked my Desktop I saw my monitor showing nothing, when rebooting from the power button get no Bios screen. I thought it was a problem with my monitor but then I realize that I could not see my computer on the network so it was not starting correctly, At the beginning I did some troubleshoots for the Monitor, I connected the monitor to another PC and it worked fine, also I troubleshooted the Video Card and changed from one pci slot to another, nothing worked, I even tried several times pushing the power button for 10 seconds, disconnecting Power supply, etc. I did not get any beep or post number combination, just a black screen, after several tries I decided to follow some steps on Dell support webpage to reset BIOS by moving pwd jumper to the RTCRST. And after doing that I Started to receive the post LED's 123 and 2 beeps. I disconnected every usb, HDD, CD and DVD, Video Adapter Card, switched mem sticks and removed and swithched each dimm pair, I disconnected almost anything possible but the problem is still happening, The screen is still black and now I hear 2 beeps, which I really don't know what they mean. I've checked for the Beep error code guide but none is shorter than 3 beeps (if I'm understanding this ok).
Thanks for your comments sparky1500, the last test I performed was using the VGA input instead of the DVI input on my monitor, I got video output on the monitor however I just got blue and white lines (nothing understandable) I think those lines seems to be the bios start and then the error message, which I have not been able to get completely, that means that either I need to replace the Video Card or need to test with a different video adapter in order to find what is the error it's displaying. If there's any other idea It would be really appreciated.

Check CMOS and Memory Modules:::If the error message is "UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP," then it indicates you have problem with the memory of your computer. You need to check whether the SIMMs (Single Inline Memory Modules) are compatible and have the same speed. Secondly, also check whether you have set the CMOS (Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor) to the right amount of RAM. If these solutions do not work, you might have to replace memory in your computer....try to use system utility tool like Reginout.. Hope the problem is resolved.
1.) Insert Bootable CD.
2.) if not booting up, go into the Bios and change the bootable device list to list the CD or DVD drive first
3.) Disk should boot, if not then you have a problem with your CD (try another) or the CD/DVD Drive is not working properly.
The error code you posted corresponds to component failure..
What you need to do is unhook the power cable from the tower n remove the memory , all the cards n the cd drive... now put the memory back in n start the system {without the cd drives or cards... except video card if u dont have onboard graphics... }. Now if the system starts then switch it off again n start connecting components one by one till you find the faulty component... if this method doesnt help then you better go ahead n call up the tech support n get a service technician
