6. Login into your YouTube account.
7. Put in the code displayed by the Wii U YouTube App.
8. Press the "Allow access" button. (it may look like it is frozen for a second, it is not!)

3. Enter the code listed on your Wii.
4. Click the Allow access button.

Visit the website on your computer. Enter the activation code where it tells you to. That should enable your YouTube account to be used on your Wii.

This something that you enter when you set up the console. If you have never set it before it is located under Wii --> Wii Settings --> Parental Controls. If you still are having problems hit "I Forget" when asked to enter your PIN the "I Forget" again. This will give you a number.
