Clientele has been debiting my account for unconsented policies, eight (8) to be precise. They have been doing this despite calling them to stop and changing banking details. They have been taking an amount of about R2400 for the past two and half years. please help IM 0782139113

you can load money on your paypal account using a GREEN DOT prepaid card ONLY otherwise your going to need to add a banking account with routing number.
there is a $500 max recieve limit on standard accounts now if you pay the one time $20 bucks to upgrade to PRO then those limits are then taken away.
the best one is pro account. and all this information can be found att www.paypal.com under the FAQ section.
To load the green dot you need to go to wal mart or a retailler to purchase the card then you come back and add funds from that when you put the green dot into your account it will auto load!!
Paypal has contracts with GREEN DOT.

I am also in India and I used to do the same transaction. Please wait for upto two more days and if it's not credited to your account. You better call the Bank and clarify. I am sure that there's no paypal issue in India at the moment as recent months.
When you say, "completed on 04 oct 2010..." means the transaction was transferred to the bank from your paypal account, but if the staff haven't processed the transaction, it'll not be credited to your account. I takes at least 4 days and at most 10 days.

Login to your Paypal account.
First add your bank account to your Paypal account. Select Profile---->Bank Accounts.
Click ADD. Now add you bank account details and it will take at least 48 hours to confirm the account aafter that you can proceed to adding money to your account.
After the account is verified you can add money to your Paypal account from your bank account through ADD FUNDS link at the top of your pay pal home page when you login.
