I'm sorry to hear that my friend as the dealership may charge a lot more than a service manual which you can buy online for far cheaper and for a lot more information on repairs and so on. I bet the manual will be less than half the cost and out of curiosity does the dealership regain the cd or do you purchase it out right ? Shop around using sites other than e bay, you may be surprised.
Fuse details are not avaiable and can only be found at your dealer on a cd
Car not starting or turning over indicates towards multiple possibilities.
It can be issue with battery or weak battery. But if battery checks out ok, then
it can be starter issue or faulty alternator or problem with low fuel pressure
or no spark at spark plugs due to dirty spark plugs or faulty
ignition coil or injectors getting cracked or dirty and needs to be cleaned.
