Hi Do you mean reset the Tablet? These Tablets don't have mechanical HHD they are IC's. If you want to reset the Tablet to factory settings use a small stiff wire such as a paper clip, eye end of a sewing needle. Push it into the small hole between the earphone & HDMI sockets on the side of the Tablet. Push the reset button to reset Tablet
the info on Google says there is one USB port.on the tablet.did you not get a lead with the tablet?if you didn't they are available on eBay .can you put a pic of the ports you have on your machine?
