Your panel is damaged, its time for a new TV.
Sounds like the TV may be hooked up to a source with too much voltage, or getting overpowered in some other way. This is a safety hazard; if it's hot enough to melt the screen cover, it's hot enough to explode without warning. This isn't something you should try to fix yourself; call it in for servicing if you can. In the meantime, you should keep it unplugged.

Hello,
If you can fix it by yourself, there is a problem in horizontal circuit panel, you need to check that in series because the part appear visbly good but when tested by the exact tester you register busted. that should be replaced immediately. Check also the vertical panel parts of the circuit. but if hard you do the job you may consult the service center of your TV or the vendor of the TV.
ps. please don't rate me if you are not convince of my suggestion.
best regards, melnavz

Hi,
It could be 1 of 4 things:
1. One of the ribbon cables has worked itself loose (Simple Fix)
2. One of the assembly boards maybe faulty
3. The driver board which feeds the panel maybe faulty
4. The panel is faulty
The driver board in the UK costs approx £70 and approx £35-70 to fit it if this is the fault.
All other parts are between £80-160 and approx £35-70 to fit it if this is the fault.
The panel will cost approx 50-75% of what the TV was worth when you bought it - "Repair versus Replacement"
Thanks

Sounds like a possible T-con board failure. Which would need to be done by experienced tv repairman

I'm having the same problem. I have noticed on mine that the menu when brought up is clear and I can see it perfectly. The picture on all the inputs is just as described above though. BUT, like I said I can see the menu just fine. This leads me to believe that it's not the panel. Anyone have a solution to this, or at least know what could be causing it?
