Changing displayed time on the phone

I would like to know how to change the time on the display screen.

Jessepatrick's solution didn't even come close to answering my question. I solved the problem myself by taking out the batteries and calling the RCA phone by using my cell phone. When the display indicates the caller id the time automatically resets.

Thanks for that tip on removing the battery. I removed one for about five seconds and when I reinstalled it, there was no time displayed at all. A quick call from my cell phone, and the phone now shows the correct time. (Of course, now I wonder: would calling from my cell WITHOUT removing the battery first have had the same effect?)

Be sure that when you are putting in the time to put it in military time and put 00 on the end for the seconds. Ex If you are doing 8:14 am punch in 081400.

sorry that the posted link didn't work for you. I used the directions posted and had my time fixed within 1 minute. I went to www.necunifiedsolutions.com and looked for the manual and used the information from that.
