RCA atomic clock radio didn't reset to DST

The RCA atomic clock radio I bought for my parents didn't change to
DST. What do I do to set the clock to DST.
Thanks

My clock did not switch to DST, and so it is now an hour behind. There is no button for manual setting of time. Help!

It is possible that the clock has old computer software code. If I recall the government changed Daylight Savings start up several weeks a few years. ago. My clock did not update also.

Perhaps you've already tried this but on my atomic clock I have to select the DST option and make sure you're in the correct time zone.

Since DST started I cannot get my radio controlled clock to reset to the actual time. I replaced the battery and now the clock will set itself four hours from the time it stopped, then stop again. i have...

take the batteries back out and leave them out for at least 2 minutes. next put the batteries back in and put the clock near a wall or window so that the back of the clock faces colorado (where the WMV transmitter is),. It will most likely take all night for it to set properly, just after you put in the battery make sure that you have set your time zone on the back of the clock and if there is DST button press that too. just be patient, it will set itself. worse comes to worse you can set it by hand, but kind of defeats the purpose of having an "atomic clock". by the way the reason they call it "atomic" is becausee WMV's clock is tracking the decay of the Seisum atom, or some such bs.

Cannot get my atomic clock to reset to proper time

Make sure that it has fresh batteries, set it for the correct time zone, set the DST switch to ON (unless your time zone does not use DST), then place the clock on a solid surface, outside if possible, so that the face of the clock is pointed roughly towards Fort Collins, Colorado. It should reset in a couple of hours - or less.

Daylight savings time changes at wrong date on my brookstone 'smartset' alarm clock. (It changes at the old date, of course - so it is wrong 4 times a year...)

The DST schedule is hardwired into the older clocks and cannot be modified to run on the new schedule. If the clock has a DST switch, you can can turn it OFF and reset the clock only twice a year. On my old "ATOMIC" clock, I've set the DST function OFF, and I use the time zone switch for my adjustments. Sorry, but your only other choice is a new clock.

Since the time change I can't reset my clock. It

If your clock radio is more than two years years old it will be operating on the old changeover schedule, and there's no way that you can change the schedule. What you can do though, is turn the DST switch (if so equipped) to the OFF position and change the time manually. If yours is an "atomic" clock you can force the change by setting the clock to a different time zone. (I have an atomic clock that's set up on the old schedule. DST is OFF, and I change the zone between the Central and Eastern time zones.)

I can't get my atomic wall clock to set on daylite La cross wall

The easiest way to reset it would be to change it to Eastern time - that will give you the correct Central DST.
