Your washer is in the "child lock" mode, hence it won't allow any program. Press the "menu" button until you see "CHILD LOCK :ON" appear in the display. If nothing is pressed within 10 seconds.following this the menu will close and it will default to program in the display. Once you see that in the display, press the "select" button until "CHILD LOCK :OFF" appears in the display. Finally by pressing the start/pause button the key symbol should disappear - confirming you have successfully exited the child lock program.

unlock the driver door with the key if it hapens agen try another key ir have new ones made and programed to teh car your theft system is declining the start

IIRC:
the green key means IMMO very unhappy
so did you try (only no rings or other keys) the IMMO master key
the car comes with 2 keys,. never lose both.
IMMO= immobilizer, engine cranks but fuel is cut , IMMO doing its job.

adjust by 1/8" ,tight the flexible cable form keypanel vs display board , then display board vis main motor board(lower board). Exchange batteries new from console.

My 98' deville wont start whenever i put the key in the ignition all the gauges lite up but engine wont start. The l.e.d display tells me "starting disablledremove key...i have no idea what to do..

The resistor chip in the key may be damaged or the sensor in the ignition may be damaged. You can have the ignition replaced or disable the theft deterent by hard wiring in the proper resistors. Search the cadillac forums for details on how to do this.

first of all you have to see the low tension on the coil,and before that see what type of code is , because that maybe the key start

No start

If it starts and stalls immediately after, it is very possible that its caused by the immobilizer (anti thieft) try using your spare key .
