Don't know if it's from the system update or not, but Mac Mini seems to be running really slowly and I cannot figure-out why.Don't know if it's from the system update or not, but Mac Mini seems to be running really slowly and I cannot figure-out why.

The Apple browser, called Safari, is part of the operating system updates. When you update the OS you will get the most recent browser. The latest Apple can be downloaded from the App Store.
If you are using another browser such as Chrome, you can get the update from the developer site. For Chrome, go to Google.com to find it.
Need to know what model your laptop is and what operating system. However, here is a workaround:
You should be able to access the Internet through your ISP, without accessing your email account. Try it with Google. if you can got into the internet, download another browser, such as Firefox. Try accessing your email account from Firefox. You may have exceeded your log-in tries with Safari (3 times wrong and you're locked out) so enter a new password and remember it or write it down. Or, go to the library and try to access your email...again change your password and write it down. This will prove your email is still active. Your operating system may not support a later browser...my OS 10.4.11 on an old Mac Pro can't be updated.
Power PCs won't run an OS later than 10.5 (Leopard) Try updating your OS, then try for a later browser.
Is it actually your computer/software telling you this or is it just an ad on the page you opened? Sometimes these websites are set up to scare a person. Which AV software are you using? And which OS do you have on your MAC?
Google' Chrome browser is not supported on the PowerPC (G3 and G4) systems. You can however still find an optimized and up to date version of Firefox http://www.floodgap.com/software/tenfourfox/
Platform: Mac OS X 10.3 or higher with latest updates installed
Processor: 1.83MHz Intel Core Duo or faster
RAM: 128MB or more
Video Card: at least 64MB of video memory
Sound Card: at least 16-bit
Optimal System Requirements (recommended for YouTube Rentals and Live Streaming Content):
Flash Player: Adobe Flash Player 10.1+
Browser: Firefox 3+, Internet Explorer 8.0+, Safari 4.0+, or Google Chrome 7.0+
Operating System: Windows XP+ or Mac OS X 10.4+
Internet Connection: 1 Mbps or higher
Ensuring optimal streaming speeds is especially important for YouTube
Rentals and Live Streaming. Make sure to close as many other tabs,
browsers, and programs as possible while streaming your content. It may
also help to hardwire your Internet connection, rather than using a
wireless network connection.
There are a number of reasons that may causing a Mac computer running
slow, but generally two factors: hardware part & system part. For
hardware part: I guess it's OK if your Mac is not that old. For system
part: there might be a lot of junk files, caches, registry errors... out
there which largely slow down any Mac machines. about 80% slow Mac
caused by this reason, if so, try cleaning the system. Learn more from:
