Hi, My name is Vijeth and I am unable to setup Outlook on my mobile GT-S5570. These are the steps I followed to set up the mail. 1) I clicked on "Email" icon in MENU and in the "Set Up email" section, I entered my email and the relevant password. The screen then says "Checking auto setup information". 2) Then it asks for the account type. I selected Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync. It then says "Retrieving Account information". 3) It then asks for the DOMAIN and after providing the correct domain, I check the "Accept all SSL certificates" . At this juncture, I click next and it says "Retrieving Account Information". 4) It then asks for Exchange Server settings and after providing correct Exchange server, I click on Next. At this point, it says "unable to Connect". I have tried with the same setup many times and I am still unable to succeed. The funny thing is that my teammate can setup his mobile with the same settings with any issues. Am I doing anything Wrong? It would be very helpful if some one can help me with this problem.

You cannot modify your existing ActiveSync partnership.
You must go into ActiveSync options on your phone and delete the partnership.
Note that deleting the partnership only deletes the copy on your phone. It will not delete the source mailbox on your server so don't worry.
Once that is done you can set up the new partnership with your new server.
I hope this helps.
