Often there is a pin hole on the front of the drive. This is for a paper clip to be pushed in for manual ejection.

Hi I just picked up a tv dmtech dvd the power supply don't work . No light up .any ideas please other than change adapter to new one

The broadcasters love to mess about with the stations moving them around etc. You should retune the TV from scratch. Sometimes on oldler models you have to use the manual retune to get some channels back.

Each universal remote uses different codes, When you buy a universal remote they come with books explaining the model codes for that specific remote.

Sorry to bother you, but the friend I was looking at this problem for has decided to get a new TV. Thanks for your response.

You may lose some channels when you retune the TV as the channels have been rearranged. To locate them look at the EPG although you may still find that some channels are no longer available on FREEVIEW. See the following link for additional information

If the plug has three prongs and shaped like a flat top pyramid a standard computer style cable will work. If not draw the shape best you can of the plug and go to a local repair shop or electronics store and they may be able to help. Alot of these cables are interchangable.

Went into the settings menu, searched for the 'default' tab and reset setting to default & hey presto....all ok!!
Simple when you know how!!
