Ok ive got a blackberry curve 8520 sell phone i need to unlock it or set up my wifi but i dont know how i asked 2degrees customer service for help and they have a problem with it.

It sounds like your network has not been setup properly. You need to down load the blackberry desktop on to your pc and then plug it into your pc. First backup your phone on the desk top this way you can reload your information back onto the phone. It is a disk that they where giving away with the curve. If you don't have the disk you can go to any search engine and look for it. This will reset your phone back to factory settings. Next you can reload all your information back on to the phone. if you can not get this to work I can walk you through it.

you have likely dropped your phone and this has caused the lens to move.....open the back of your phone; remove the battery and gently press on the camera lens. Replace the battery and start your phone up again....see if this helps.

I don't think this is a phone problem.Bad signals is caused by network provider or probably you are in an area where signals is poor. But i don't think its a phone problem. Try leaving your area and go to another area and see if the problem still persists. Then you could see a Blackberry technician.
