How do I get my dial pad up?

Do you mean while you are already on the phone? Like if you are calling somewhere already & they say "for customer service, please press 1?". If so, you can press & hold unlock button while you are on the phone, then 3 choices come up on the bottom of the screen. One is dialpad, just press & hold that & dial pad will come up & you can then press a number.

Hi Nilesh, the user's manual says, quote: "Speed dial: If you already set the speed dial numbers, then you can long press number key 2 to 9 to dial set numbers out under the standby mode.Long pressing number key 1 is to dial to voice mailbox if you already set the mailbox number." So it looks like you need to add the speed dial option in your chosen contacts details, first. Then follow the quote above. Good luck!

How do I change the speed dial keys that are already programmed?

  1. In the phone, press the Menu key.
  2. Click View Speed Dial List.
  3. Click a contact or phone number.
  4. Perform one of the following actions:
    • To change the contact that is assigned to a speed dial key, click Edit. Click a new contact.
    • To assign the contact to a different speed dial key, click Move. Roll the trackball to move the contact to the new speed dial key. Click the trackball.
    • To delete the contact from the speed dial list, click Delete.

basically the way i do it is, press the dial button with the numbers, then press down and number which doesnt have a speed dial already, and if you hold down it will say " no speed dial set " and then it will take you into the next bit :P
