My B&D TRO200 Toast-R-Oven (no convection, just "Bake" & "toast") still toasts just fine, but when I try the "bake" function, it starts to heat up, then kicks off as if it reached the selected temperature, but it never comes back on. Seems like a thermostat issue--? Is this repairable for less than the cost of buying a new one?
Its not repairable at any price . you have a bad thermostat , its soooooo common with this oven . asprie who makes this oven in china, then inports it with black & deckers name on it . has not made any parts for it , not even a wire shelf or a knob .....when something happens to it , you toss it in the trash .....

We have read the instructions & tried several times to toast bread. It says to turn temperature selector dial to toast..done. Then tun toast shade selector to 20 and then turn back to disired toast shade...done...NOTHING! The oven heats up for bake and broil but does nothing for toasting. What are we doing wrong, or is this feature possible just not working
