If you meant to reset phone remove battery and memory card off for some times, replace only battery to the phone and start, if this boots and programs move faster, then check the memory card for virus .
If the phone is slow then reinstall software.

Formatting on your 6600! as steps below,

1. Make sure you have at least 3/4 charge of battery power left.
2. Backup your contacts list and personal files to MMC memory card.
3. Switch-off your 6600 phone.
4. Press and hold 3 keys;
Green dial key, * (star key) & no. 3 key and then press the power on/off to swtich on the 6600 phone.

Remember, do not let go all of the keys and hold keys until you see a formatting word screen show!

5. After a few minutes when the Full phone formatting completed, your 6600 will back to original system and factory setting.

try to format your fone mates...

type *#7370# then enter your security code..

backup 1st ur files... hope to help...

Turn off the mobile and restart it again after 10 minutes and use this master code 6302176171

U can use following code *#7370# or
swicth off your phone& 1.press and hold green butten,3and*
2.swicth on phone hold keys until display formatting menu(this take few minutes)

your mobile phone is suffered from a virus and you may flashing the set a good technician or format your mobile

A. Blank screen phone unable to boot-up. B. Phone is only able to boot-up to “Nokia” screen (may flash “Nokia” 4 times also).
C. Install a program but unable to uninstall it.
D. Unable to delete certain files on C drive. WARNING: This will ERASE EVERYTHING on your phone
If you have any files that are important to you, make backups.
1. Make sure you phone is fully charged.
2. Backup your contacts list and personal files to MMC memory card (if possible).
3. Switch-off your 6600 phone.
4. Press and hold these three keys together
-Green dial key,
-Star key (*)
-Three key (3)
then press the power on/off to swtich on the 6600 phone.
DO NOT let go the three keys until you see the “formatting” screen displayed

u must use some mobile antivirus program ,in some cases it restart due to virus problem .try it then say
