If the problem is only with wifi and not 3G/EDGE. On your BlackBerry, go to: Options / WiFi connections / Select your Hotspot / WiFi Tools / WiFi diagnostics. Check the local ip address Example says 192.168.10.2**. Login to your Wireless router, and find the DMZ option. Add your BlackBerry's IP into the DMZ zone, enable and press save
Can you provide me with the make and model of your router so i can provide you on how to add DMZ on your router.
First, download and install the latest version of BlackBerry Desktop Manager software from: https://www.blackberry.com/Downloads/contactFormPreload.do?code=A8BAA56554F96369AB93E4F3BB068C22&dl=DA5FB46338C8C0DCB1039F7898184FC5 Once installed, connect your BlackBerry to your computer via the USB sync cable. Open Desktop Manager, and click the Application Loader. On the right, you will see Update your device software. Click the Start Button, and if your BlackBerry is not on the latest Handheld Software, an update will appear. Select the update, and run the install. Be sure to select the option that backs up and restores your data. Once started, do not shut down your computer, or disconnect the USB sync cable as this could damage the device. Once completed, your BlackBerry will restart and you will have the latest version available. This version has been known to correct various issues. If the issue is still present, then it could be hardware related, and may need to be repaired or replaced. I would then suggest contacting your Provider for Hardware Support.
I am going to guess that since you can copy some types of media files to your phone then the problem is the format of the video files you want to copy. The phone's media playing application may not show files it cannot recognize.(or show an error message).
If you want to watch videos (or movies) on any type of smart phone or mobile player then I suggest you download a free application called Format Factory. It converts any type of media file to any other type of media file (video, music, pictures, DVDs). It has settings for Blackberry phones, iPods, PsP, etc. Go to: http://www.formatoz.com/ and check it out.
take the back cover off and see if there's lint buildup on the speaker.. if so, take some canned air to it and blow it out. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO USE LIQUID CLEANERS! it'll eat away the insulation foam pad around the speaker and camera.

First of all, I hope that you have a memory card in your BlackBerry because 96MB isn't much space to hold any music at all. So, if you do, and you have a USB cable hooked up.. and you can transfer files, then you need a program like "Tunebite" which will automatically switch formats from iTunes to standard MP3 that your Blackberry can recognize and play.
