I need another ac charge

You have to find them through HKC. Not even radio shack has the round end to replace a broken one. It's exclusive to HKC. Try searching for the charger in amazon or ebay. You need the model number, starts with P then a few numbers like 771A. Just know they are exclusive so you get the right one when you're searching and that the model number will help

My hkc wont turn on? when put on charger the charge light comes on is there anything I can do to turn it back on?

My son had that same problem with his tablet, we panicked before we realized it only needed to be reset. There right next to the volume up and down button there will be a tiny hole. It is the size of a pin tip, it actually says reser, we took a small paper clip and straightened it and it fit perfectly in the hole. Press it for a few seconds and it should come on, it will reset itself.

I pluged my tablet in to charger it turned off wont turn back on and makes ticking noise hkc 8" capacitive multi touch tablet duel core processor

It may be that it has to be charged longer, before you try using it when plugged in. it has happened with my tablet as well.

If you have a PC, try hooking up to the PC with your USB connection. Turn power on PC and it should charge your Tablet.

How to reset my hkc tablet

For and HKC 7" tablet there is no reset button however you can follow these steps to reset it first you power the device off completely next you hold down the power and volume up button simultaneously until the words HKC touch the wonderful world appears then you will release the power button only you will then find an android on its back you may release volume button then you will tap android or press power button to open the menu you use volume keys to scroll and power button to select scroll until you find wipe completely select that

I had this problem with 2 of these tablets. I got one of hem working by upgrading the firmware. They had an issue with angry birds and some other games not working which they resolved with this firmware update. Go to their web site and follow the firmware update instructions. I think it seems to be a software issue with the battery and not the battery itself. After I upgraded, the tablets no charges and plays angry birds.
