I used to connect my PC to this plasma TV through HDMI cable and was working fine, But suddenly one fine morning I was watching ESPN3 on my TV through PC and my TV shut off and Red LED light started blinking five times, So my question is what could be a problem with my TV

are you using a PC to feed a signal or maybe a cable with an adapter?
I had the same issue when I used one of the rear HDMI ports to show a PC display. Apparently there is a software difference between the rear and side/front ports. Inputting the PC through the side HDMI port has solved the problem for me (so far!)

Your tv has a faulty power supply board also called SOS-P board. Take of the back panel and look for any obvious defects. Start by checking the capacitors for cracked/swollen/leaky capacitors. If the tops of the capacitors are not flat then it indicates that the components are faulty. If you find any you should replace them with exactly the same values. Ex: 40v,1000mF
If you don't find any a component level repair might still be possible so if you are skilled in electronics and know how to use a meter you can start by downloading a service manual. Unfortunately I don't have one for this model but you can download it from the link below

Once you have it post back and I will help you troubleshoot this issue.

The power supply board is the cause, because of those parts call capacitors are dying of leakages of gases.U have tools, know basic electronic's and soldering? That the board, where the power a/c cord plug into it.Searches the power supply board for these dying leakages of gases capacitors,it alway bulges up on it tops or puff on it tops, replaced these dying capacitors, will power up ur tv normal again.Or tries websites like shopjimmy.com,Ebay,com to buy a refurbish power supply board for the replacement.
