My eagle 4000 is 120volts then it is accedentally plug in to 220volts. it blown the fuse at the power supply pcb board then i replace the fuse 10amperes but it still blowing.what could be the problem?

Hi,
There will be an MOV (metal oxide varistor) After fuse. This MOV is rated 125v. When you plug the machine in to 220v supply this MOV will become shorted and its blows the fuse to prevent further dameges to the power supply. Replace the MOV and then insert the fuse. I have added the image of MOV here. It is placed parallel to the AC mains supply rail after fuse.

It keeps rebooting

when the battery goes completely dead it looses its software. The only way to fix this is if you have a copy of the original software and install a new battery. With these units it is a good idea not to leave them unplugged for a long period of time. It is a good way to loose all the data.
If you have further questions you can contact me at [email protected] or through our website www.overstockme.com. We have a biomed on staff with 25 years experience who is able to fix this issue.

I HAVE AN EAGLE 4000

Most likely a bad battery which made the system loose the software. Small chance that the screen is bad. If you connect a pulse ox and you hear the hear rate it is a bad screen. If you don't hear it you will need to get a copy of the software and a new battery. GE does not support these anymore so you should contact a third party if you are not able to do it your self.

After the battery goes dead in these units it earases the internal software. You need to have the software reinstalled with is a rather tricky thing to do.
