I will download intelli studio but I cant find it anywhere, and without intelli studio I cant never watch my pictures I have taken

You can do a very general "search" on your machine. In the search box type " *.jpg" without the quotation marks. The asterisk is what is called a "wildcard", and will find all files with a .jpg suffix. .JPG files are going to be pictures. Beware, if you have a lot of photo's, it can take a while. Likely the pictures you saved will have odd file names, so explore them all... happy hunting!

If you don't have the CD with intelli-studio, you could try some free software like Photoshop Express, Ulead, Gimp, BeFunkey, Perhaps these packages also can download pictures from your camera.

Most drivers your computer needs, are in the modern operating systems. Only when you have Win 2000 or elder, you need drivers from the CD. Perhaps some elder MACs need drivers too from the CD that came with the camera.

try doing a search for a file type, in windows 7 type in the search box "type:jpeg" without the quotes. jpeg is a common type of picture, if you know that your camera saves as a different file type then use that. Hope this helps.

Transferring files by connecting the camera
as a removable disk
Connect the camera to your computer as a removable disk.
1 In Shooting or Playback mode, press [m].
2 Select Settings - PC Software - Off.
3 Turn off the camera.
4 Connect the camera to your computer with the USB
cable.

Transferring files with Intelli-studio
Intelli-studio will start automatically when you connect the camera
to your computer with the USB cable.
The battery will charge while the camera is connected to a computer with the
USB cable.
1 In Shooting or Playback mode, press [m].
2 Select Settings - PC Software - On.
3 Turn off the camera.
4 Connect the camera to your computer with the USB
cable.
5 Turn on the camera.
• The computer recognizes the camera automatically and
Intelli-studio launches automatically.
6 Select a destination folder on your computer, and then
select Yes.
• New files stored on the camera will automatically transfer to
the selected folder.
• If your camera has no new files, the pop-up window for saving
new files will not appear.

Also had this problem with windows 7, Go in to "Devices and printers" If your camcorder is recognised there ie "Samsung Camcorder" Right click it you should be given a menu with several options choose "Browse files" then "CD Drive (*) intelli-studio" this opens the software installed on the camera, go down the list and find "setup_f" double click this and this should start the install process, it will probably tell you there is a newer version and ask you if you want install this select yes and hopefully this will then install the program , Hope this helps someone . The tapes that you are using has gone bad and is possible to have a fungus on the tape. If you can get the tape to be cleaned without any further damage or copied to a CD/DVD at a studio it will be better that to run and spoil what is remaining of old memories.
have it checked at a professional studio to help you out to clean and re-record.
Over a period of time Tapes deteriorate and this is a result of the aging , except unless you had taken care of by keeping the tapes protected.

I just found that I have taken pictures with my DMC-FZ18 without the disk in. It says I have several picture on the cameras hard drive. How do I download these to my computer. Help!!!!!!
