Open the Low side Air/Fuel Mixture needle (the one closest to the engine) about 1/8 to 1/4 turn counterclockwise.

SOURCE: want to remove huscavana weed eater head

You should find a hole in the piece just above the trimmer head, this should line up with another hole deeper in the area. You stick a piece of rod in there to keep the head from turning. Use some pb blaster penetrating oil to help loosen up the head.

Weed eater bogs down

First if it has adjustable screws on carb. Turn one or if two both about 1/2 turn cw and then back to starting position. Sometimes trash gets in the jets and this will clear. If no help then if you can find reasonable carb. (under $20) buy and install if not cheap then buy rebuild kit. But when you rebuild make note of settings of set screws by counting turns as you turn cw to bottom.

Weed eater bogs down when i try to give it full throttle, won,t get up enough speed and torque to trim grass. i tried new gas, spark plug, and still doesn,t help.

have to adjust the high on the carb. should have, 3 screws, 2 that are together is your h for high, and L for low. the one by itself is for idle. when mackine is running, squeeze throttle and adjust the high til it clears up, if it stalls real fast, back counter clockwise while off, and try to restart it, if worse, go the other way. i do mine by 1/4 turns. keep count of turns in case your going the wrong way! hope this helps!

Shindaiwa model t25 weedeater won't keep running after fuel in squeeze buld has been exhausted

I had same problem, and changed diaphrams, but carb will not adjust or run without choke on. I am thinking control module. $55.95 or coil @ $51.00.

Question about Roybi weed eater's line length.

the standard line length is around 3-4". you can leave it as long as you want, provided it does not bog the engine down, or bog down when cutting plants.

however plastic line breakage is typical of older line. it gets very brittle. Also typical of hitting rocks, gravel, cement, asphault, ground, etc.
