SOURCE: bosh 4000 table saw , using dado blades.

no good solution for that problem. dado blades vibrate and cause the knob to turn. possibly a clamp on the knob to keep it in place.

I have installed a new blade in my circular saw R32021 and the blade stalls even before I begin to cut wood

by stalling do you mean that the blade stops spinning or the motor stops turning
if the blade stops spinning then the mounting bolt for the blade is not tight enough
if the motor stops spinning , junk it and get a new unit

My dad has an old rotozip rev01. we can't remove the blade because the flange nut was overtighten. is there a way to remove the nut?

'Sprag' the blade to stop it from rotating. Apply some WD40 or kerosene around the area and use an impact gun or impact driver to crack the nut. Check the thread and make sure you are actually turning the right way to loosen the nut. Some are a left hand thread! Cheers Bob

Saw just stopped

I used my Rotozip once, off and on for about one hour total time. I put it away, very glad that I had bought it. It did a great job by the way. I did not need it again for another year and a half. Recently, I had another "honey do" project to take care of, so when I took it out of it's tool bag, I was certain it would take care of my project in no time. I plugged it in, hit the switch and nothing. So, I plugged it in another outlet... nothing. Shook all the cords to check for a broken wire... nothing. No power... nothing. Talk to me, is there a circuit breaker in there somewhere or do I have to send it back to Rotozip?

While using the rz10 tile cutting wheel the saw has no tourque any kind of resistence the wheel stops

The only tile that they are any decent at cutting would be ceramic, slate, or terracotta. Anything else is way too hard and even cutting the listed tile it's no joy to do. I would suggest using a 4 or 4 1/2" grinder with a diamond blade coupled with a wetsaw. hope this helps and good luck.

Blade does not turn

Disconnect the electric from the saw. Remove the throat blade cover. Bring the blade all the way up. Look for wood  caught between the blade and anything else. Finding none, remove blade. Try motor w/o blade. If it runs now,w/o the blade then the motor is likely ok . Reinstall blade. Now if it stil stalls, Replace motor.
