Check your speakers on another source to cancell out if it,s truly the speakers , if not then you could be in stereo mode which would explain the three front speakers ,mains and center working! other then that unplug and reset ,and if not that then their is an internal amp issue with your system , hopefully you can get it working ,if not check your warranty and see if the manufacturer will repair or replace for you , hope i was able to help you ,please leave a nice rating if i was of help thank you Sincerely glenn mayer

Do you happen to have the model of the TV? My Samsung only has two digital optical outputs. If your'e plugging in JBLs, you may only have an analogue input which won't work.

Partial sound from my JBL E60 Towers

Are there 4 inputs on the back of the speakers? If so, you either need to hook up all four, or connect the upper and lower inputs to each other. The speakers come with gold plates that connect the upper and lower inputs, but you can just use speaker wire to connect them. At least that is what I did on the used set of speakers I bought when one plate was missing.

JBL EON15-G2--Does the HF Amplifer to the driver have any voltage?

The 2 leads that come off the HF driver are different sizes...you should only be able to hook them up one way. Takes the guess work out of it for ya.

Assuming there is nothing wrong with the speaker, hooking up the 2418H HF driver to it should do the trick. However, I blew my HF driver a few months ago and bought a new one, only to blow it immediately. This was because the motherboard of the JBL EON G2 had actually failed and caused the HF driver to fail. Once I replaced the motherboard and the HF driver (again) everything was back to sounding great. Hope that helps.
