Treadmill has been moved around a lot everything else seems fine ,can run on machine but belt slips ,but when put bit of pressure on belt it stops but the belt and the rear roller keeps going and the front roller stops ,machine says 1200 hrs I assume this is since its last service ,could it be on uneven ground as the garage floor could be uneven, how do I tighten up the running belt with the rear rollers
SOURCE: Belt tracking
Take the end caps and motor shroud off visually inspect the frame tension bolts to see if anything is bent. then loosen, ( count how rotation it took to loosen the so when tighten the belt up you won't have to guest at the tension ) the belt and edges of the belt to see if the weave is uneven this cause the belt to travel. If you can tip the treadmill on its side to inspect underneath to see if anything skewed. Take your time and observe the mechanical operation you may have the above a 1/2 a dozen time before you see the problem, other than that anything short of replacing the belt this my recommendation. Good Luck to you

Hi,
You must
calibrate the belt with a Allen wrench 5/16 inch turn in the direction
of clockwise at a speed of 1.5 to reach 4.5MPH you must turn the key
gently to prove that you slide about 10 seconds walk.Use WD40 oil on the joints to make it noise free.

SOURCE: client run on treadmill then
hi,
There are two possibilities for this problem
1. Check the speed sensor on near the motor pulley. Remove the sensor and clean it and re-fix it. then make a try. if problem remains then
2. The motor speed controller is faulty. There is an IGBT for controlling the motor speed. If it get shorted the motor will run it its high speed.
Be sure before opening the treadmill remove the power.
ok
