Do you have another USB port you can use? Is this connected to a USB hub?
SOURCE: SanDisk Cruzer Titanium 4gb NOT WORKING !!!
bad news bro, the disk isnt initialized. your data is long gone only a data lab may get them back
SOURCE: I have a Cruzer Sandisk memory that worked before, but not anymore
Ithink the disk is damaged, you should contact sandisk local service center to see if the warranty of your disk is not void. you can use the following link to locate the service center.

Hi,
Go to Disk Utilities and reformat the pen drive. That might do the trick.
All the best!

The file system is likely the culprit for this. If you've formatted the USB stick with FAT32, the largest SINGLE file will be about 4GB. You can place as many smaller files as you want to fill the stick completely (in excess of 4GB), but once you approach 4GB for a single file - it will crash.
Format with NTFS instead. No 4GB limit is placed on files in this file system. A nice chart listing the differences between file systems can be found here. The forth row "Max File Size" shows the data you're asking about. NTFS supports 16TB (terrabytes are 1000 times larger than gigabytes) while FAT32 is limited to a "paltry" 4GB. Both FAT32 and NTFS are supported by Windows XP and newer OSes.
I hope this helps - please rate my reply - thanks!
