I am getting memory card error with canon powershot a410

The A410 works with SD cards. Your 8GB card is an SDHC card and won't work in devices not designed to use them. You need to use SD cards, 2GB and smaller.

Whats a good memory card for the cannon powershot A410

You can use any MMC or SD card. Be careful not to get SDHC or SDXC cards, they won't work in the A410. The brand doesn't matter, though I'd stick with the major brands, like Lexar, PNY, and SanDisk. The speed doesn't matter much either, so I wouldn't waste money on fast cards.

I'm getting memory card locked error using a 8GB SDHC card in my Canon A410 camera. The slider is NOT set to locked

The A410 works with MMC and SD cards. While SDHC cards will fit into the slot, they are electronically incompatible and will not work. You need to use cards 2GB and smaller.

Hi, Recently my digital camera are taken complete white pictures in the morning with clear sky and sun appear now after a month I can take color pictures but with white strips pictures...

The problem you mention does not seem to be in the pictures.
No, probably not firmware, that depends what kind of camera as well. You did not tell the camera model, unless it is the Canon A410. If that is the case, download the firmware which is the newest, if available, and install according to instructions.
Also you can try to reset all menus to default. You may also try to do this: Remove all batteries including (if it has) a data battery for 24 hours. Then install all batteries, and re-test the camera.

Digital Camera CANON PowerShot A410-No VOICE Record

I'm sorry to tell you, but the PowerShot A410 model does not have a microphone to record voice. Of all the A400 models, only the A410 and A420 were made this way. For some unknown reason, Canon decided to not include micorphones wiith these two cameras, thus they can only record video, but no voice.

Pictures taking too long, and a lightning bolt symbol appears

Hi, Could you please tell us what camera model this is?
I believe you replaced with new fully charged batteries.
Try changing the memory card. Old defective memory card will delay between shots.
If it still doesnt work, try updating the firmware of the camera.

Continuous video capture

Hi, The A410 can only record a maximum of 3 minutes. That sucks becasue it doesn't matter what resolution you use, it will max out at 3 minutes. NewMediaMan
