I would ring your supplier .i.e t mobile,orange etc and ask them to unlock it for you.Its all free and perfectly legal...

The security code can be changed and still be in effect with all locks off. Try 6 0's (000000). I didn't see that listed in the things you've attempted. If its been changed, the only way to determine that is to contact the previous owner and see if they remember it. If not, it will have to have all new software written to the phone. Basically like a format / reinstall.

if u never change the security code of your phone, pls try using the default security code 00000

Please help, I flushed my phone's GDFS file to my friend's M600i and it seems locked phone code and can not boot this phone. Do help me to get Master Reset key, the phone's information : IMEI:35931500-401250-5. thks !

the passcode is 0000 ( four zeros) or master reset the mobile after taking backup through ur mobile software

 follow the following procedure for phone reset .... take data back up before doing this  ...
