Used Princess tv and dvd combo for 6 mths wrapped in plastic put in box and stored for one year. toke out of storage and now it doesnt work! how do i replace or get it repaired

This is their secrect codes,could be anythings.Make sure get it from them,if they don't remenber it the TV/DVD combo will not work correctly or lock u out completey.Return this unit to the owner,get ur money back.

I assume this TV has no Audio In and Video In, from your Cable box there's an antenna out or cable out, connect that to your TV's antenna in, and make sure that your TV is tuned in to channel 3 or 4, try those two channels. You can only change channel thru your box, your TV channel is alway's on channel 3 or 4.

maybe needs to be config. or your tv is remote sensor defective

Hi well did as I said I have searched for the last 2 days and come up with zilche , the trademark just does'nt seem to exist and I can not find any information on this set sorry couldn't be more helpful looks like you will have to let a local engineer sort this one Regards Vortash

Try the password 1234. It worked for my Fairies tv/dvd!

I have the same issue. sometimes it opens sometimes it doesnt. I use a screw driver and pry it open as i hit the eject button. this worked for a while. But it stopped comming out even with a screw driver. I poped the pink front pannel to the dvd tray off and can access the gears that make the tray come out. you just have to use your fingure to get it started and then you can pull it out. This is not a good way to fix the problem and i will be buying a new stand alone tv and dvd player for her this x-mas. Cheap products = crappy products. It worked fine for about a year or so.
