F2-02 Error on Imagistics ZB35 machine

I installed new toner (Pitney Bowes 794-3) into this machine. Now it displays F2-02 error. Would greatly appreciate your help.

Sharp AR-5620N getting f-2 error. What is the solution

Sharp AR-M237 had toner replaced and worked for about an hour before getting f2-02 error. When booting up the copier will display "Toner Replenishment in Progress." Then display shows the F2-02 error code.

You need to use Sharp genuine toner.There cartridges have a 'smart chip' on the rear of the cartridge.This error code is a direct result in fitting wrong toner.

    Incorrect. The PB toner 794-3 IS the correct toner for the Imagistics(formerly Pitney Bowes) ZB35 copier. The F2-02 code is a simple fix. Remove the new toner, close the front panel, turn the power switch off, and unplug the copier for no less than 30 seconds. Once the copier is powered on, do not reinstall the toner until the display instructs you to. Sharp brand toner WILL NOT work in an Imagistics brand copier.

I have the same problem...
But the Sharp genuine toner is not compatible with the IMAGISTICS machines. display a F2-04 error code
Please help!!

Imagistics all in one copier/fax/scanner im2520f. All is working except the scanner which is giving error code EA21F7.
Try restarting your printer to see if the scanner lense moves properly and not jammed next you need to download the latest driver and suite from manufacturer`s website which shall definatly solve your problem.

A error code C0070 means that the toner bottle can not find home position. Did you just install a new toner bottle??? If so, carefully remove the toner bottle and close the front door and let the copier warm up... Once it is warmed up install the toner bottle again.... If it will not clear you have more of a problem with the toner hopper... Good Luck

E3-01 is the toner bottle rotation. for some reason it is not rotating. Take out the toner bottle and be sure it is in coreectly, that the labels are not loose and preventing it from turning.
