Based on your concern, I suggest to follow these steps:
1. Download the latest webcam driver here:
http://consumersupport.lenovo.com/us/en/DriversDownloads/drivers_list.aspx?CategoryID=35057
2. go to the camera section then click on Camera Driver --> select your operating system
3. download the driver install it then restart your computer

Be shure to safe your time if there is a doubt by hardware trouble try first a LINUX live cd/dvd of a good distro like opensuse mint ubuntu or a puppy usbdrive to first test your hardware for hardware detection without something to install in your system if there is a missing thing you can see when it s working in hardware detection in a very short time. after that you can allways install the right driver and or upgrade the firmware of the rev: of your hardware.

Try uninstalling the drivers for the web cam and reinstalling it make sure you computer is up to date for Windows.
