the error code ##322 appears when the fixing unit is not working. the heater does not reach the specific temperature. check the resistance of the heater, or a pooor contact . but the best solution is replace by a new fixing unit
The fixing assembly (The hot rollers) of the printer is faulty. This need to be replaced by a service technician. Faxes are received in memory because they cannot be printed.
If there is an error code with the 'check printer' then this would be more helpful. If the error code is ~ #323 then you have a laser unit fault- if it is #322 then you have a fuser unit issue. Both units are replaced as a unit.
