I assume you've referred to your owner's manual to be sure you are operating the convection properly?

You can also do a hard reset by unplugging the oven for a couple of minutes, plugging it back in, then setting the clock and trying again.

If it's still not working, you may have a bad sensor or other problem.

To get its original remote control and user manual, you have to contact the nearest authorized service center for GE

Unfortunately, the GE WES-series ovens made for Wal-Mart were apparently made to be thrown away if they failed out of warranty.

GE only makes available the turntable tray and roller ring, and no other parts.

Mine did that and I found the ignitor for the oven was bad. It was the "glow" type for pilotless ignition and it was burned out. It is supposed to glow bright red and the gas comes on and the oven will light. It was easy to tell that it was bad. But to check it I swapped the broiler ignitor with the oven ignitor and the oven worked.
