If the printer appears as offline in windows, consider disabling SNMP monitoring. Sometimes SNMP falsely tells windows that the printer is offline for events like "toner low, replacement not needed" and "low paper, drawer x"

Go into printers & faxes, right click on your printer and select properties, go to the ports tab, press configure port, un-check SNMP Status enabled.

IRC 3220 Color Copier when printing pdf files is very slow. A 2 page document takes 2 hours to print. please help.

Hello pd.
I suggest you remove and re-install your print driver and make sure you install the CANON UFRII print driver available at the Canon web site. Also, Adobe 8.0 has a known problem with this and you can go to their website and they have a patch for this problem, I hope this helps.

Large paper printing

12 x 18 is the largest size paper that can be used on this copier. If anything larger is used the machine will jam. The copier uses a series of paper sensors to track and time the paper throughout the printing process. The max is 18 inches anything over that cuase the machine to jam.
